I am a tutor and special education teacher. My goal as a tutor is to be a guide so my students are more engaged with their learning. I believe that to educate and help students, you need a positive rapport and to focus on their drive, passion, and strengths as well as the help they need. The subjects I cover include elementary school math, reading, writing, phonics, study skills, and ISEE test prep, working with kids up to fifth grade. I attended Hope College. A resident of San Francisco, California, I spend my spare time reading, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
